Just a few years ago and even now in some developing countries dial-up connection was the most used mean of connecting to internet. Time passed and we were introduced ADSL connection, which is Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line. In simple words it is a dedicated line for internet connection which gives you higher speed than dial-up. After ADSL we got Wi-Fi and other similar standards like Wi-Bro. The only differences among those standards were the frequencies they used to internet connection. So, Wi-Fi or Wireless Fidelity is one way for wireless internet connection. It gives you an opportunity to connect to the internet without using any cables. All you need is to find a computer with wi-fi router in the radius of 100 meters and to connect to it.
